Rollies Company Overview

Rollies All Natural Hemp Shop is a fairly new brand in the industry that was established in 2019 when the founders got fed up with the low-quality hemp cigarettes flooding the CBD marketplace.

The team set out to create premium hemp flower cigarettes that were high in CBD, garnered no quality concerns, and could still be sold at a competitive price.

While Rollies may not have the brand recognition of other high-profile companies, their products speak for themselves.

From the farm to the finished product, Rollies’ product options are made with unparalleled quality. They’re made to look, smoke, and feel familiar for the discerning smoker.

Rollies is committed to ensuring their consumers know exactly what they’re smoking (or have the tools to find out if they’re unsure), something we second here at CBD Facilitator.

In a market that’s so overrun with companies looking to do the bare minimum to turn a profit, it’s both refreshing and relieving to see brands like Rollies strive to create an experience that’s as high-quality as it is affordable.

Rollies High CBD Hemp Flower Cigarettes at a Glance

Rollies high CBD hemp flower cigarettes are available in singles, 3pcs, standard packs (20pcs), and cartons (10packs). Unlike other products in the industry, consumers are provided with the choice of four delicious flavors: Natural, Menthol, Concord Grape, and Cherry.

The product features a clean black design, with each flavor having its own distinct color to differentiate them from one another.

The packaging is airtight to ensure freshness, and it blocks all light from penetrating to protect terpenes and cannabinoids from degrading over time.

The cigarettes themselves are rolled in typical, white cigarette paper and are filled with lush green hemp flower.

The original flavor comes with a white filter, and the other three have an orange filter that contains a flavored “crush” pod, similar to Camel Crushes.

Something that stood out upon receiving these cigarettes is that they aren’t packed as well as they could be, which causes some of the hemp flower to fall out. This is a minor critique, but it does cause a sloppy look compared to other high-quality brands.

The packaging doesn’t specify how much CBD is in each cigarette, but the FAQ section on the company website states that there’s about 114mg per stick.

Rollies High CBD Hemp Flower Cigarettes Quality

According to Rollies, their products are made with 100% all-natural high CBD hemp flower with a well-rounded, unique terpene profile fully intact.

This is noteworthy since the vast majority of competitors use cheap biomass to pad out their product, which diminishes the experience and leaves much to be desired.

The hemp flower is sent to a third-party lab testing facility called Confident Cannabis to ensure quality and compliance before it is used to create batches of cigarettes.

Rollies takes pride in only using hemp flower that has been properly cured in their products. This is a factor that gets overlooked way too often in this industry, but one that makes a huge difference.

The curing process is one of the most, if not the most, important aspects of creating premium hemp flower. After the plants have been harvested, the last step is to dry and cure the smokable flower buds that the plants have produced.

This last phase is critical if you’re looking to create an enjoyable smoking experience. This is where a producer solidifies the terpene and flavonoid profiles, which decide the final smell and taste of the buds.

You can put your heart and soul into growing and producing a perfect crop, but if you improperly cure the buds, the final product will taste and smell less than ideal.

Rollies High CBD Hemp Flower Cigarettes Flavor

Rollies high CBD hemp flower cigarettes are available in four flavors: Original, Menthol, Concord Grape, & Cherry.

Here, we’ve listed a general flavor profile for each unique flavor based on our own opinions so you can get a sense of what to expect when you order:

Original – Features a natural hemp/cannabis flavor mixed with the taste of a conventional cigarette. The flavor is more comparable to a regular cigarette than a joint, so keep that in mind when purchasing.

Menthol – Features a strong menthol flavor that is very comparable to Camel Crushes. Out of all four flavors, the menthol was the most robust flavor profile and almost entirely took over the natural hemp taste of the flower inside.

Concord Grape – Features a sweet grape flavor that complimented the natural hemp/cannabis profile. Even those who aren’t fans of grape will likely be pleasantly surprised by this one – we certainly were!

Cherry – Features a sweet cherry flavor that paired smoothly with the natural hemp/cannabis profile. The taste is reminiscent of cherry licorice and hits the user almost immediately upon inhaling.

All four flavors smoked incredibly well and didn’t cause any throat or chest irritation. After trying each of these, we have no complaints or concerns about the overall quality of the product.

Rollies High CBD Hemp Flower Cigarettes Price vs Value

Packs of CBD hemp flower cigarettes are typically priced between $5.99 to $19.99, with the vast majority falling in the $10 range. As with any hemp product, there are many factors that go into the final price; even if it’s not obvious on the surface, you get what you pay for.

Rollies’ High CBD Hemp Flower Cigarettes fall on the more expensive end of the price spectrum, but in our experience, they’re of much higher quality than products from most competitors on the market.

For a few extra dollars, you get a product that’s made from properly grown hemp flower, contains high levels of CBD, and is consistent every time you make a purchase.

Rollies Company Reputation

Rollies has only been around since 2019, so they don’t have the largest following built yet. Still, their dedication to quality means that they’re slowly racking up positive reviews.

Because there is such a lack of social proof, as of right now, we can only pull from our experiences before and during the process of creating this review.

The customer service team over at Rollies has been phenomenal; they have been quick to answer any and all of our questions or concerns promptly and well.

They’ve been as transparent as any company we’ve worked with to date, too. Their company website provides full third-party test results, contact info, and all the other information consumers would need.

Final Thoughts

All in all, we’ve found that the Rollies high CBD hemp flower cigarettes are a solid choice.

Even after almost 14 years in the industry, few things have been more frustrating to us than encountering companies that use cheap biomass to create products.

With Rollies, you can rest assured that you’re getting a true hemp flower cigarette that tastes great and is smooth each and every time you take a drag.

The only downside that we feel is necessary to mention is that they’re a new company in the industry with a relatively small following as of right now and very few reviews.

That means there’s not a whole lot to go off of in terms of other experiences and consistency. However, we’ve been thoroughly impressed by this product, and it seems that those who have also tried Rollies out are, too.

We hope that this review has been comprehensive and informative enough to help you make a decision that’s best for your goals and needs.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is buying CBD flower legal?

Federally, it is legal to buy hemp and CBD products, as long as they are derived from hemp and not marijuana, and as long as they contain less than 0.3% THC by dry weight.

In almost all states, it is perfectly legal to buy and use smokable CBD. However, some states have limitations on smokable CBD, meaning that consuming your CBD flower via inhalation may not be permissible.

A good bet is to see if you can purchase CBD flower from your local CBD shop or to conduct some research on your state’s specific legislature about possession of hemp.

Is smoking CBD safe?

By and large, yes, smoking CBD is safe. It’s not psychoactive, so it will not make you “high” or cause any significant mental side effects. CBD itself does not have any major negative side effects like addiction or paranoia, and there is no risk of overdosing on it.

CBD has no negative effects on long-term health and actually appears to be of major benefit to our bodies and their abilities to regulate themselves internally.

However, smoking is considered to be a delivery method that can potentially be harmful to lung health.

As far as we know now, though there is somewhat limited data, smoking cannabis is not nearly as harmful as smoking tobacco cigarettes, hence why some may opt to use CBD cigarettes to quit smoking tobacco cigarettes.

CBD will not have a negative effect on heart health, as it is a vasodilator and does not raise blood pressure. However, cannabis smokers anecdotally report higher incidences of pneumonia and other lung illness, in addition to there being some links between smoking cannabis and COPD.

It’s also worth pointing out that CBD cigarettes more commonly use high-quality, traceable ingredients in their smokable CBD products than, say, the average CBD manufacturer for CBD vape oil, which can make it a bit safer than vaping.

CBD cigarettes will often tout the use of the flower, the most potent and highest-quality part of the plant, while CBD vape oils will be an indiscriminate mix of the different woodier, lower-quality parts of the plant, a mixture called biomass.

A lot can be hidden under the guise of CBD extraction, especially without lab reporting, which means that CBD vape oil manufacturers can get away with harmful additives and thickeners, like vitamin E acetate, an additive that caused a spate of vape cartridge related illness a few years ago.

That’s why it’s important to buy from a reliable source. We’ve listed some of the most trustworthy and high-quality brands here.

Will full spectrum CBD oil get you high?

No, full-spectrum CBD oil cannot cause a high as long as it follows legal guidelines (less than 0.3% THC by dry weight). CBD itself is non-psychoactive, meaning it cannot induce a high, and hemp is traditionally cultivated to have low THC levels in order to avoid any difficulties with the law, given the fact that marijuana and THC are controlled substances.

Full-spectrum CBD oil taken at high doses can cause lethargy, and it may have an impact on mood and blood pressure, but it still will not give you any of the reality-altering or paranoia-inducing effects of marijuana or any other psychoactive drug.

However, it is always possible that a disreputable CBD manufacturer could be not testing their CBD oil for THC and simply labeling it as legal, without lab testing or much legal overhead.

This is an incredibly rare scenario, but hypothetically possible, and another reason why it’s important to purchase CBD from reputable sellers like the ones listed in our directory.

Will Rollies get you high?

No, Rollies will not get you high. That’s because they contain hemp rather than marijuana; while both are types of cannabis plants, the two have key differences that separate them entirely.

Most notably, marijuana contains THC, the cannabinoid responsible for creating a psychoactive high. Though trace amounts of THC can be present in hemp flower, it’s not enough to cause actual impairing effects.

CBD, unlike THC, is present in traceable amounts in hemp flower. Even though CBD won’t get you high, it still produces noticeable therapeutic effects for both mental and physical health.

Is smoking hemp bad for your heart?

Research into just how hemp — especially smoking it rather than vaping or otherwise consuming it — impacts the cardiovascular system over long periods of time is still lacking.

For the time being, there aren’t many risks associated with smoking hemp; in fact, it’s a much better alternative than tobacco, which produces more carcinogens and is harsher on the lungs.

Smoke itself, regardless of its source material, can be irritating to the soft tissue in the lungs, so it’s certainly worthwhile to consider the possible consequences before you try it out.

Hemp, unlike tobacco, is not known to accelerate a person’s heart rate or significantly spike blood pressure, so it’s likely that its impact on the heart is less significant. Still, those with pre-existing conditions or other concerns may want to consult a healthcare professional before adding hemp or CBD into their routine.

I was born with Cystic Fibrosis, and although it is incurable, cannabinoids have been allowing me to live my life as a healthy adult now for years. For that reason, I’ve dedicated my career to spreading the good news about cannabinoids. Currently, I work for a cannabis distribution company called Humble Cannabis Solutions which operates in California. Previously, I worked on two cannabis farms in northern California, one of which was located in the famous Humboldt County. I’ve also managed a medical cannabis delivery service in Marin County, California. I created CBD Facilitator to share what I’ve learned, and to recommend the best products that I have found in this chaotic market.
