The more clinical evidence there is, the more studies will begin to refine their findings, differentiate between anxiety-related disorders, or potentially discover the exact mechanisms by which CBD can alleviate anxiety.

Oral CBD is one of the most common methods of using CBD, as it is the method of delivery that is the most inconspicuous, as well as the most reminiscent of traditional vitamins and medications.
